Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you received the goods, without giving any reason.

Notify us at contact@oakjo.co before the withdrawal period expires. You may use the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this page, but it is not required — a clear statement by email is enough.

Important exception for sealed goods

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene once the seal has been broken. This covers the majority of our food supplements.

In practice: you may open the outer packaging and inspect the item, just as you could in a physical shop. But once you break the seal on the container or pouch itself, the item can no longer be returned.

How to return an item

1. Email contact@oakjo.co with your order number and the items concerned
2. We will send you a return address and instructions
3. Send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us
4. Package the item well so that it is not damaged in transit

Where you exercise the right of withdrawal, you bear the cost of return shipping. Where an item is faulty, we bear it.

Refunds

We refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, to the same payment method you used. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back.

We also refund the original shipping cost, up to the amount of our cheapest standard delivery option. If the goods have been handled more than was necessary to inspect them, we may deduct for the diminished value.

Faulty goods

If an item is faulty, damaged or past its expiry date, contact us. The statutory guarantee is at least two years under EU law, and three years for consumers resident in Sweden. Please include a photograph.

Damaged parcels

If you find that a parcel is damaged on arrival, report it to the carrier immediately and contact us.
