Where we deliver

We deliver to Sweden and 24 other EU member states, listed in the table below. We are currently unable to deliver to Cyprus or Malta, or to countries outside the EU.

Your order is dispatched from a warehouse within the EU, in the Czech Republic. No customs duties or import VAT apply to deliveries within the EU.

Delivery options

Depending on your country, you can choose between two delivery options at checkout:

• Pickup point — your parcel is delivered to a pickup point near the address you give at checkout. The carrier notifies you when it is ready to collect.
• Home delivery — your parcel is delivered to your address.

Not every country offers both options. The table below shows what is available where.

Shipping costs and delivery times

Shipping is free on all orders of 899 SEK or more, or the equivalent in your local currency. Free shipping applies to both pickup point and home delivery.

On smaller orders, the cost depends on your country and the option you choose. Prices below are in Swedish kronor; at checkout they are shown in your local currency. The exact amount is always displayed before you complete your purchase.

Delivery times are estimates. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next working day, and delivery may take longer during peak periods.

Tracking

You will receive a notification with a tracking number when your order has been dispatched.

Uncollected parcels

If you choose a pickup point, please collect your parcel within the time stated in the carrier's notification. Parcels that are not collected, or that cannot be delivered to the address given, are returned to us. In that case we refund your order but deduct our actual shipping and handling costs.

If something goes wrong

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, or arrives damaged, contact us at contact@oakjo.co with your order number and we will help you.
