1. About us

This website is operated by Ekströms Global Limited AB, company registration number 559470-8058, registered in Sweden at Aspövägen 42, 125 40 Älvsjö. VAT registration number SE559470805801.

We trade under the name Limit North. You can reach us at contact@oakjo.co.

2. The contract

A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. You must be at least 18 years old to order, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, for example in the event of an obvious pricing error, if an item is out of stock, or where fraud is suspected.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency and include VAT. Shipping is added and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Payment is made using the methods offered at checkout.

4. Delivery

Goods are dispatched from a warehouse in the Czech Republic. Typical delivery times are 3–10 working days within the EU, depending on destination. See our Shipping and Delivery page for details.

We bear the risk for the goods until you receive them. If an item cannot be delivered within the stated time we will contact you, and you may cancel the order.

5. Right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. Important exceptions apply to sealed products — see our Returns and Right of Withdrawal page.

6. Faulty goods

You have a statutory guarantee of conformity of at least two years under EU law. Consumers resident in Sweden have three years under Swedish law. Contact contact@oakjo.co with your order number and a description of the fault. Where a claim is accepted, we cover the return shipping.

7. Food supplements

The products sold on this website are food supplements, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a diagnosed condition. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Keep out of reach of young children.

8. Disputes

If we cannot resolve a complaint between us, consumers may refer the matter to an alternative dispute resolution body.

Consumers resident in Sweden may contact the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden) at arn.se.

Consumers resident in other EU member states may contact their national European Consumer Centre through the ECC-Net, or a certified dispute resolution body in their country.

Swedish law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The terms in force at the time of your order are those that apply to that purchase.
