INGREDIENTS: 70% natural sun-dried Spirulina (Arthrospira platensis), 30% Amla, cellulose (capsule) Ingredients: 1 capsule contains: Spirulina 350 mg Amla 150 mg DIRECTIONS FOR USE: 2 - 10 capsules daily, best taken in the morning, before noon.
