Directions Dose by body weight — 5–10 lbs (2.3–4.5 kg): 1.0 mL; 11–20 lbs (5–9 kg): 2.0 mL; 21–25 lbs (9.5–11.5 kg): 3.0 mL; 26–30 lbs (11.5–13.5 kg): 4.0 mL; 31–35 lbs (13.5–16 kg): 5.0 mL.
