Manufactured on a production site that uses derivatives of milk, eggs, soy, nuts, peanuts, cereals containing gluten, fish, crustaceans, molluscs. Directions Take 1–2 portions a day – before a meal or training and after training or before sleep. Dissolve 1 portion of the product (7.2 g of powder = 1 scoop) in 200 ml of water; use a shaker for at least 10 seconds. Consume directly after preparation.
