Nutrend BCAA 4:1:1 Energy Powder in Raspberry flavour contains 7000 mg of branched-chain amino acids per serving in a 4:1:1 ratio, providing a higher proportion of L-leucine together with L-isoleucine and L-valine. It is formulated as a convenient powder to mix and drink during training. Each serving of 12.5 g also contains 160 mg caffeine, beta-alanine, taurine and glucuronolactone.
