Smiles for Miles is an essential oil blend from NOW Foods, presented as a liquid in a 30 ml bottle. The blend is made up of the following oils: Orange Oil Bergamot Oil Grapefruit Oil Lime Oil Lemon Oil Cinnamon Bark Oil Nutmeg Oil Ginger Oil Natural Vanilla Extract Ingredients Orange Oil, Bergamot Oil, Grapefruit Oil, Lime Oil, Lemon Oil, Cinnamon Bark Oil, Nutmeg Oil, Ginger Oil, Natural Vanilla Extract Allergens No allergens explicitly stated on label. Directions For aromatherapy use. Add to a diffuser or create your own room spray by adding up to 30 drops to 1 oz (30 ml) of water in a spray bottle. For all other uses, carefully dilute with a carrier oil such as jojoba, grapeseed, olive, or almond oil prior to use. Warnings Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes.
