Allergens Free from: sugar, salt, starch, yeast, wheat, gluten, corn, fish, shellfish, nuts, tree nuts, soy, egg and milk. No preservatives, artificial colors or artificial flavors. Does not contain soy or Vitamin K. Directions Adults: take one (1) vegetable capsule once or twice daily between meals, on an empty stomach, or as directed by a physician.
