Allergens No other common allergens have been added but ingredients may contain traces of milk, egg, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, crustaceans or shellfish. Directions Add 1 heaped scoop (5g) to a minimum of 500ml water, shake vigorously and consume. We recommend using 1–3 servings throughout the day for optimal hydration.
