Nutrend N1 Pre-Workout is a complete powder formula designed to support your workout preparation. Each serving delivers a carefully selected combination of amino acids, a creatine blend, caffeine, vitamins and plant extracts, making it a flexible choice for athletes across a wide range of training intensities. Available in Blue Raspberry flavour, it is sugar-free when diluted correctly and comes in a 510g tub providing up to 60 single doses or 30 double doses. The formula contains L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate and beta-alanine together with a double creatine blend of creatine monohydrate and creatine citrate. The formula also contains caffeine, a B-vitamin complex (vitamin B1, B3, B5 and B6), vitamin C, ginseng extract and Bioperine® black pepper extract (95% piperine). The flexible double-dosing system allows athletes under 75kg or those more sensitive to active ingredients to start with the single dose of 8.5g, while heavier athletes or those engaging in high-intensity training can use the full double dose of 17g. Simply mix the powder in water and consume 30 minutes before your workout.
