Each tablet contains 1 mg melatonin together with lemon balm extract (Melissa officinalis), in a convenient, easy-to-use format that dissolves in the mouth or can be chewed — no water needed. Xylitol is used instead of sugar as a bulk sweetener. Melatonin is a hormone naturally produced by the body that is involved in regulating the sleep-wake cycle. This product is intended for occasional, short-term use only, as directed on the packaging. Each pack contains 30 tablets, enough for a full month at one tablet per evening.
