Each 20 g serving provides a multi-ingredient complex built around 10,000 mg of hydrolysed bovine collagen, combined with glucosamine sulfate, chondroitin sulfate, MSM (methylsulfonylmethane), hyaluronic acid and a Boswellia serrata oleoresin extract standardised to 65% boswellic acids.
