It prevents products from becoming damp, absorbing moisture up to 130% of its own volume. Directions Shake & Drink: Add one scoop (3 g) to a glass of beverage, smoothie, or yogurt. Mix. Diatoms are insoluble as silica but will form a suspension that should be drunk. Adults: 1 scoop (3 g) per day. If the portion feels too large, reduce to 0.5 scoops (1.5 g) and gradually increase to 1 scoop (3 g) per day. Children from 12 years: 1 scoop (3 g) added to a glass of water or other beverage, mixed and drunk. Maximum recommended daily intake: up to 3 g/day.
