INGREDIENTS: shellfish-free glucosamine hydrochloride, chondroitin sulfate, MSM (as methylsulfonylmethane), bulking agents (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose), anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate), glazing agent (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, vegetable glycerin (palm kernel oil). Ingredients: 1 tablet: 2 tablets: %RDA Glucosamine hydrochloride 750 mg 1500 mg - Chondroitin Sulfate 600 mg 1200 mg - MSM 350 mg 700 mg - DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Two (2) tablets daily, preferably with a meal.
