DESCRIPTION: Dried peppercorns become recognisable as the spice we use in cooking today, which is used in aromatherapy to ease muscle pain, boost the immune system, improve circulation and comfort a tired spirit. COMPOSITION: 100% black pepper (Piper nigrum) seed oil. Naturally occurring allergens: limonene, linalool. DIRECTIONS FOR USE: In a vaporiser: add 6 to 8 drops of essential oil to a vaporiser or burner. Inhalation: add 3 to 5 drops of essential oil to a bowl of very hot water, inhale the vapours for 5 to 10 minutes. (Inhalation only for children over 10 years of age.) For massage: dilute 5 drops of essential oil with 10 ml of a carrier oil, such as almond or jojoba oil. Bath: add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil to 20 ml of carrier oil. Mix into the water.
