Ingredients: Clinoptilolite Zeolite Activated Charcoal Ingredients Clinoptilolite Zeolite and Activated Charcoal Allergens No allergens declared. Free from artificial colours, preservatives, sweeteners and fillers. Directions Internally (adult): Stir one heaped teaspoon in a glass of water before or after food twice a day. Externally: Make a paste with warm water until smooth and fine. Massage into skin for a few minutes, avoiding the eye area. Allow the mask to dry, then rinse gently with water. For teeth and gums: make a paste with water or use as dry powder by dipping your toothbrush into it. Brush and rinse as normal. Can also be used as a mouthwash by mixing with water and gargling.
