Allergens Do not use in case of allergy to any ingredient of the supplement. Product contains a sweetener (xylitol). Directions Shake well before use. Apply to the throat using an atomizer. Recommended daily serving: 1–2 applications. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. 1 application = 0.5 mg melatonin, 0.63 mg lemon balm extract; 2 applications = 1 mg melatonin, 1.26 mg lemon balm extract.
