Each 330 ml bottle contains 10,000 mg of BCAAs in the classic 2:1:1 ratio — 5,000 mg of L-leucine, 2,500 mg of L-isoleucine and 2,500 mg of L-valine — along with 100 mg of caffeine, taurine, glycine and glucuronolactone. The formula is further enriched with 100% of the reference nutrient intakes (NRVs) of four B vitamins per bottle: Niacin (B3), Pantothenic acid (B5), Vitamin B6 and Vitamin B12. Vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B12 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
