Directions For long-lasting intensive physical performance: mix a dose of 90 g with 500 ml of water. For short lower intensity sports activities or strength activities: mix a dose of 45 g with 300–500 ml of water. Use maximum 4 doses (4 x 90 g) per day. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Stir the dose intensively using a shaker. 1 slightly heaped scoop = approx. 30 g. Warnings Food supplement, with sugar. Does not replace a varied diet.
