No need to take with food or water, can be taken at any time of day and combined with other oral sprays. CONTRAINDICATIONS: Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements must not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended dose - excessive consumption may have a laxative effect. STORAGE: Store in a dry and cool place, out of reach of small children. Use within 6 months of opening.
