It is based on the Mullein-X® Cough Syrup Proprietary Extract Blend, combining a range of botanical leaf, root and herb extracts together with pure honey and standardized English Ivy leaf extract. Other ingredients included in the formulation are vegetable glycerin, purified water, natural peppermint flavor and Quik-Sorb, a combination of ginger rhizome, amla fruit and capsicum fruit. Pure Honey, English Ivy (Hedera Helix L) Leaf Extract (Standardized to 10% Hederacoside C). Free from gluten/cereals and their derivatives. Directions As a dietary supplement: For daily maintenance: Children ages 6 to 12 take (2.5 mL) 1/2 teaspoon daily with 8 oz water. Adults and children over 12 years old take (5 mL) 1 teaspoon daily with 8 oz of water. For intensive use: Children ages 6-12 take (2.5 mL) 1/2 teaspoon twice daily 12 hours apart.
