Other ingredients (amino acids): In the daily serving (1 capsule) L-Tryptophan 500 mg DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Take 1 capsule daily in the evening with a glass of water, preferably with a protein-free meal. CONTRAINDICATIONS: L-tryptophan may cause drowsiness, so it is best to take the product before bedtime. The preparation is not intended for children, pregnant women or breastfeeding mothers.
