Each daily dose provides calcium, magnesium, vitamin D3, vitamin K2 (MK-7) and boron in one convenient supplement designed to support a balanced diet and an active lifestyle. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function and the maintenance of normal bones. The formula uses Lithothamnium calcareum, a natural marine algae, as a food source of calcium and magnesium, combined with magnesium citrate for an additional source of magnesium.
